Baby/Caregiver Yoga Ages 6 Weeks- Pre-Crawlers

Utilizing lots of music and sound, this class provides an opportunity for caregivers and babies to bond through positive touch and movement.  Utilizing Zoom, this class allows for interaction between participants and teacher. New classes forming upon request.

Crawlers through Early Walkers

This class provides an opportunity for caregivers to explore range of motion and movement with their increasingly mobile child.  Music and singing captivates and reinforces developing language and communication skills. New classes forming upon request.

Walkers through 18 Months

A lively class utilizing music, singing and lots of movement.  A great way to have fun and bond with your young toddler. New classes forming upon request.

18 Months - 3 Years

This class allows caregivers and older toddlers to explore movement and breathing together in a lively atmosphere filled with movement and song. New classes forming upon request.

Ages 3 - 5: Fridays 4:00 - 5:00 PM EDT

This class introduces children to traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques utilizing stories, games and music to create a fun and lively experience. New classes forming upon request.

Ages 5-8: Wednesdays 3:00-4:00 PM EDT

Through stories, games and creative movement, this class allows children to explore traditional yoga postures and movements and breathing techniques that can help children calm and focus.

Ages 9 and Up: Teens & Tweens

Utilizing games and interactive activities, these classes introduce and reinforce learning of traditional yoga poses, movement and breathe. New classes forming upon request.

Teen/Adult Moderate Yoga: Thursdays 2:30-3:30 PM EDT

This class is open to Teenagers and Adults and any interested in a traditional yoga class.  Stretch, move and relax your body through a traditional yoga practice. New classes forming upon request.

Gentle Chair Yoga: Tuesday 2:30-3:30 PM EDT

For those with more limited range of motion due to health concerns, age, etc., this class utilizes a chair for stability and involves both seated and some gentle standing movement, along with breathwork and guided visualizations and meditations. New classes forming upon request.

Family Yoga

Enjoy moving and breathing with your child.  Learn and practice traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques along with fun partner poses and creative activity and movement as a family.
